Couples Yoga

This gentle yoga class for couples will make use of simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and touch to develop qualities of trust, awareness, kindness, support, and communication. This class will be appropriate for all levels of flexibility, strength, and fitness. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement. Yoga is practiced barefoot. |
Jan Harcourt, is Director of Show Me Yoga Center in Jefferson City, MO. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 9 years experience teaching yoga and over 20 years as a yoga practitioner. Jan is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and an Associate Polarity Practitioner specializing in gentle bodywork for pain and stress relief and healing trauma.
